Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We will accept unworn, new items, tags attached, unaltered back within 14 days of the item being delivered to you. Example, the item arrives to you October 1st, we must receive the item back October 15th.

If you are outside of the 14 day window we cannot accommodate returns, exchanges or credits. No exceptions.

Please package your return items carefully to avoid any damage while in transit.
Major Racquet Club, Major Sporting Group LLC have the right to deny a return if the item does not fit their return criteria above. It is at the discretion of Major Racquet Club to accept or deny returns.

We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your total refund and provide you with a pre paid label.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase - once we receive the item back in original condition within 14 days, we will refund you on the original payment method.

Each financial institution is different with processing refunds, but please expect a refund on your original form of payment within 5-7 business days after the return is approved.

We deduct a $10 restocking and processing fee from all returns.
